By providing your card information, you allow Alpha United Juniors Football Club to charge your card for future payments in accordance with their terms.

It is the parent/guardians responsibility to ensure their junior is dressed accordingly for sessions (e.g. layers when it is cold/wet). Furthermore, do not send your junior to sessions if they are ill, have cold/flu/cough or a high temperature. As part of registering you hereby give consent for the club to use photographic images and videos for marketing purposes such as social media. Furthermore, you give consent for the club to administer First aid & emergency medical aid as required. As part of registering you accept that you have read and agree with the club constitution, child protection policy, equality policy, code of conduct for players/coaches/parents and spectators. Payment Information

By completing this registration, you are signing your child up for membership with a monthly subscription. Your first payment today will include the subscription fee and, if selected, the optional kit. The kit is not required to register, you can add it now or purchase it separately at a later date.

Following your initial payment, a recurring monthly subscription will be automatically collected on the same date each month. This will continue until you choose to cancel. No further kit charges will be applied, only your regular monthly subscription fee.
